Yep, unlimited requests. Here’s the deal: you can queue up as many design projects as you want in Trello. On the Vanguard plan, we tackle one at a time—laser-focused, no distractions. As soon as one’s done, we move to the next. The Syndicate plan lets us run 2–3 projects at once if you're juggling more.

What kind of stuff can I request?
Pretty much anything visual. Branding, web graphics, social content, packaging, merch, pitch decks, email design, you name it. If it's not listed, ask us—if it’s design-related, we probably do it.

What’s the turnaround time?
Most requests take 24–48 hours, depending on complexity. Bigger projects might take longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

How do I send in my requests?
We keep it simple. You'll get your own Trello board—drag, drop, describe what you need. We take it from there.

Can I make revisions?
As many as you want. We’re not precious—we’re here to make sure it’s right.

Do you use freelancers?

It’s a 12-month subscription, billed monthly. If you cancel early, there’s a 30% fee on the remaining months. Grown-up stuff. No hard feelings.

Can I pause my plan?
Not at the moment. But if you’re in a bind, reach out. We’re real people.

Do I get to talk to a real human?
Absolutely. On The Syndicate and Custom plans, we do regular Zoom calls to brainstorm, align, and vibe. On Vanguard? We chat through Trello like pros.
