Drew O’BrienOur founder Drew O'Brien is an entrepreneur and a designer. He runs businesses of his own. He knows what it's like to sign the checks, make the hard calls, and bet on yourself. That perspective shapes everything we do. We don't just create cool sh*t because it looks cool. Everything has a purpose. Everything has a reason. We push back. Great work requires uncomfortable conversations, and we're willing to have them in both directions. We're 100% transparent with our clients and we expect the same in return. Drew O’BrienIt depends on what we're building together. For brand projects, we start with onboarding, then move into a brand workshop where we dig into your business, your audience, and your vision. From there, everything is hand sketched before it goes digital. Client review happens at every milestone. For websites, we handle design and build in house, and for more complex custom builds (like this site you're on right now) we work alongside our development partners at Handbook. For content production, we handle art direction, shooting, and post-production. Every service has its own process, but the through line is always the same: strategy first, then execution.
Drew O’BrienIt depends on the service. Brand projects typically run 4 to 6 weeks depending on the scope. Could be shorter, could be longer. Website builds vary based on complexity. Photoshoots and video production are typically a single day on set, with editing and post-production timelines that vary based on the scope of the shoot. We move fast, but we don't rush. The process is built to get it right.
